About Eddystone Properties

Eddystone Properties is co-owned by Louise & Steve. We have been investing in Plymouth, Devon, since 2013, starting with our hard-earned savings and a willingness to work hard, then reinvesting and growing a small portfolio of properties to date. At any one time, we have around 15 tenants who we consider our customers, many of whom have been with us for several years, and strive to provide them with an exceptional landlord-tenant rental experience. 

This rental experience starts with the end in mind – refurbishing and creating homes which truly are designed for living in. Firstly we ensure our properties are safe, energy efficient and refurbished to the highest standard. Next we consider how people will live in our properties and how the space will be used day-to-day, to ensure we provide a home where care and attention has been given at every step of the refurbishment process.

In our refurbishments we never do things by halves; we never cut corners; we never make do and we definitely never, ever ‘bodge’. We apply this to everything we do and extend it to the service we provide those who choose to make a home from one of our properties.

We are striving to redefine the rental experience and exceed the expectations of those who choose to rent one of our properties.
