We buy tired and unloved houses, refurbish to an extremely high standard, and rent long-term to families who want warm, comfortable, well-designed pet-friendly homes.
We have a proven track record of consistent returns, minimal voids and stable tenancies. We invest using both our own money & investors’, who receive a great return from us in doing so.

a word from one of our tenants
“I honestly could not and would not have changed anything about the house, you make it a very easy and happy house to live in (hence why I stayed so long). All the facilities were above and beyond what you normally get with any house share. You were always on the ball and fixed any queries we had (and also always did it with a smile on your face). I really would recommend you to anyone thinking of renting any property!”
